Title
Holistic Integrated Epigenetic Life Orientation: A Multidimensional Holistic Quantum Well-being Framework
Description
The study on well-being within holistic consciousness highlights a shift from traditional reductionist models towards more integrative approaches due to observable discord in various sectors such as health, finance, education, agriculture, and spirituality. Notably, the research, based at the Global Holistic Quantum Well-being Centre in Johannesburg, South Africa, contrasts the diminished health of individuals seeking conventional methods with the improved well-being of those engaging in holistic reset programs. This discrepancy underscores a significant academic gap between mechanistic biomedical models and holistic well-being approaches.
The research proposes using twelve philosophies and theories in interdisciplinary non-linearity to create a multidimensional non-duality framework to explore, define, and awaken holistic well-being consciousness.
It emphasises self-transformation by balancing misaligned dimensions. It identifies three crucial paradigm shifts: from reductive ill-being/wellness to well-being, from reductive well-being to holistic well-being, and from linear to multidimensional holistic well-being. These shifts highlight the need for integrating holistic principles with multidimensional perspectives to facilitate transformative healing.
A qualitative phenomenological case study, within a relativistic interpretive approach, was chosen to deeply explore participants' experiences with holistic well-being. Data were collected through interviews engaging seventeen participants from Sandton, Johannesburg, including clients, health practitioners, and business owners. The study analysed subjective, systemic, co-constructed, and hermeneutical data through inductive, exploratory research to reveal contemporary challenges in navigating holistic well-being. Thematic analysis of interviews identified four foundational themes: dualistic reductionist consciousness, holistic unified binary well-being consciousness, self-assessment of well-being consciousness, and multidimensional consciousness.
The study proposes the Holistic Integrated Epigenetic Life Orientation (HIELO) framework, incorporating the Holistic Ancestral Orientation (HAO) and Holistic Business Orientation (HBO), to offer practical guidance for achieving higher holistic well-being consciousness. This framework integrates modern mathematics and quantum physics concepts with ancient Taoist holism, aiming to promote happiness, resilience, and agility. The findings advocate for adopting HIELO to address the crisis in holistic well-being consciousness, with implications for individuals, health practitioners, business owners, and society.
